GENERATOR is more than a development company. We’re your favorite ice cream shop around the corner, the manufacturing facility turned shared office space where entrepreneurs come to collaborate, and that incredible old building being brought back to life down the street.

Owner, Generator Development
Paul’s name has become synonymous with creative design and transformative, value-driven development throughout Denver’s unique neighborhoods. A project with Paul’s stamp on it is sure to be a thoughtfully integrated, pedestrian-friendly space that enhances the community by catering to the needs of those living and working in the area.
ALLY OLSON
Operations Manager
At Generator, Ally manages all operations for the Development team. An expert in building relationships and empowering community, Ally keeps the team organized and the workplace efficient.
RENE DOUBLEDAY
Project Manager
At Generator, Rene manages each development project and acts in the capacity of owner’s representative. She is adept at managing complex projects through fruition, on schedule and on budget.
JUSTIN COOK
Property Manager
At Generator, Justin handles all property management-related projects. He has a vast knowledge of our buildings and uses his quick thinking to tackle challenges head-on.
